We had the best experience we have ever had buying a vehicle. Chuck was our salesman and he is absolutely the best, he went above and beyond to help us in any way he could. He made the experience as non stressful as possible. He was very knowledgeable bout the vehicles and answered any questions we had about the process. He kept us up to date while we were waiting on the vehicle to arrive and was very patient with us when I asked to test drive multiple vehicles. They have the best service department I’ve ever had to deal with. I was five and a half hours away from home when my 2500 broke down on Monday. I got it to them on Monday evening they ordered the parts repaired it and they had it ready for me to pick it up on Thursday morning. Alex Guthrie is the man. If I ever decide to buy or trade I will be going to Everett Chevrolet GMC because if their sales department is anything like the service department then you can’t beat them.
